“I am Afraid of Monsters,”
jeered the boy to his Father
clothed in skins
“Don’t be,” He replied
with a grin
as he tore the flesh from the bone
with his Teeth, and
Blood rolled down his Chin.
“There’s no such thing.”

In the shade of Night when you are all alone Nobody is there And you wimper and moan And the Devil calls No sound escapes when you try to scream When you close your eyes tight And squeeze your hands in prayer To God that isn’t there When you’re in the Dark and there is No light In the shade of Night When you are scared In the Blackness all around you, there are Ugly Razor Murder teeth and lidless eyes that never sleep and Satan is there Trembling Nightmare Absolute horror Just close eyes tight and wait
All because of Hate
Hair grown long
And Nails are sharp
Teeth are barred
And shoulders up
Grinning with
animalistic lust
Snarling fangs
and paws for hands
Into the woods,
To Wolfish lands
Chaos begins as
the shark lies in wait beneath.
Then swims up and sinks his teeth
into the lonely swimmer.
Will just one be enough for this sharks dinner?
