Invisible (for the Forgotten and the Victims of Searing Injustice)

Nobody seems to care for

What cannot be Seen

But when I look into the Mirror,

I don’t only see Me and

It cannot be Clearer

that I am but a function of We.

No one can Decieve

Nor make me Believe

that my Mind is a Sieve

To make me Live as a Piece

of this Hideous machine

That turns it’s Insidious,

Vacant Engines

with it’s Darkly

Suicidal Intentions,

think not of those

Who Find others to Blame

but Seek the depraved

and Lose my own Name to

Leave the whole World

Decaying in Shame

and look up to the Stars

and Beyond the Tame

Cities broken Boondox

Terrestrial shattered

Civilized Paradox

The Things I See when the Lights go Out

Fascinatingly, Terrifying

It doesn’t matter, shut them Out

These ghosts in my Head

That I cannot get out

Titanic Mistakes which

I did make

and though my Life is Not empty

It’s still far from Full

Those who are Forgotten

my Soul still does Pull

closer ever to my Heart

Which is not One

But billions tied

To All who suffer and

All those who Cry

And When my Eyes are shut

I Still can see

The Victims right

In front of me

Those who are blind

and Narrow in Mind

never think to care

For whats Righteous or Fair

And if you’ve been to the bottom

Can you comprehend what’s on top?

Dark, red Blood on

a Long, cold Blade

and All of the Ghosts

Suddenly

Fade

A Prayer For Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve when eyelids sink and Head does Nod, I look out my window to Behold my God, On quiet Night, beneath Perfect Sky, Is time to remember Those who cry,  And send out a Prayer for those Victims of Injustice and what is not ‘Fair’, those without a family With which this Night to Share, Let them know they are not Forgotten On Eve of Day ere Christ’s begotten. Those who suffer Mental illness or battle the demons of addiction and those infirmed with physical ailment or affliction give tender love and care and do not let their hearts despair, and to those who live where danger Fear and Violence reign, ease their sorrows, Woes and pain, this Christmas Eve remember those who had to leave and go up to that quiet sky, rejoice in those who live in memory of those who die, and let those who are Invisible be seen, to highest thrones lift them from shameful slums unclean, As I drift off to sleep, these secret hopes my Heart will keep this Christmas Eve I pray, let all the World behold

A glorious Christmas Day

care free days

give me back my innocence

my freedom

my care free days

take the weight of the world from my aching shoulders

and cast it away

i am anchored down by tangible things

my mind in the chains of society

i long to break free!

to shatter the shackles that suppress my thoughts and actions

give me back my life

Shattered Glass

Glass people are made in a

Factory faraway

They come out perfect,

Each and every one

Born beneath the Sun

And from the moment they are made

With the factories aide,

Their hollow insides begin to fill.

The glass people are filling,

Although sometimes unwilling,

With what makes them alive

And wiggle and Jive

And they begin to dance and shout

Singing as they run about

Soon they forget they are made of glass,

Just a fragile piece of delicate mass

And they fill and they fill

Filling until

They realize that they cannot hold it all

Once removed this innocent caul,

They begin to despair

And they realize that nobody is there

Nobody to care

And they remember that they

Are only glass

And they continue to fill until

They crack

And spill.
